Got my Protac seatrest about a week ago. It arrived with all the needed hardware. I installed it with no problems. It seems to be made of quality materials and I think it looks great on the bike. However, I've been unable to test it out on the road due to a sudden bout of extreme vertigo. Don't know when this bout will end,I'm dying to get out there and try it out.
I don't think you would regret getting one. If you get one and you don't like it, you can return it.
